This project involved upgrading an existing machine used in the production of dental X-ray bite tabs. The original system featured obsolete Allen Bradley controls, including a PLC5, PanelView 1000, and Ultra 3000 servos. We modernized the system by integrating CompactLogix, PanelView Plus 7, and Kinetix 5100 series drives. This upgrade provided the end user with enhanced flexibility and tighter control over the manufacturing process.
